Hi everyone,
At our last meeting we tentatively set a date for the Annual General Meeting. I am confirming that we will hold the AGM, via zoom on Sunday, November 21st at 12.00pm.
All Committee positions will be declared vacant on this day and we will elect a new Committee. Vacant positions include President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Rides Co-ordinators (currently Victorian and South Australian positions are filled).There are also 4 ordinary members. If you wish to nominate yourself or anyone else for one of these positions please phone me on 0481 372 956 or email me on kathy.francis@westnet.com.au .
We will also hear reports from our current President and Treasurer.
Time permitting, we will include a brief ordinary meeting after the AGM.
